Reservation policies :

- No pets allowed. Offenders will be subject to a $500 fine.
- A $75 fee will be charged for any cancellation before 30 days of arrival.
- A $50 fee will be charged to any modifications for a shorter stay or a smaller unit.
- No refund for cancellation within 30 days of your arrival and modifications are not allowed starting this period.
- Hébergement Stoneham reserves itself the right to transfer guests to an equivalent or superior accomodaction without notification.
- The maximum number of person indicated must be respected or you will be fined $200 per person per day.
- Management requires a valid credit card imprint for a security deposit upon check-in to cover any possible property damages
